fiberia.io dropping IPv4
Dear Client,
Due to increasing cost of IPv4 around the world. It's not suitable for us to maintain support for the same.
So Fiberia team decided to switch to IPv6 only and drop support for IPv4 VMs
Which mean All new and existing VMs will have only IPv6 address. We will remove IPv4 from all existing VMs on 5th Feb 2022
So please make adjustment on your VM configuration
we know many of our clients will not like the Idea, In this case we recommend to submit cancellation request before your next due date.
And make sure to have your backup before that.. As Fiberia will not have any responsibility for any data loss
Best Regards,

End is Nigh
Why don't offer NAT IPv4, even without port mapping, since many sites are not fully IPv6 compatible.
Hundreds, if not thousands of VMs could share one IPv4.
IPv6-only equals crippled Internet.
Basically it is deadpool. Just move away with good (?) memories about uptime and support quality.
cutting short on these not so cost friendly vps does not make mush sense
Not surprised coming from a Host who had a change of "brand" name just to kill of existing deals
RIP, effectively just a deadpool, but I'm sure @yoursunny would love it.
Outbound NAT IPv4 = abuse
Inbound NAT IPv4 = OK but unnecessary
RIP, a deadpool for me.
Dear Fiberia,
Due to not offering IPv4 anymore. It's not suitable for us to stay on as customers.
Completed that for you.
Do you need a law suit or will you pro-rate reimburse all customers the contracts with whom you are breaking?
Low Regards,
No wonder LiliLabs said so:
IPv6-only equals limited Internet.
Outbound NAT IPv4 = privacy
Inbound NAT IPv4 = economic server
anyway it landed in my spam so
Fiberia, the paradise for IPv6 advocates ...
Considering they are an Indian based company, they should have registered a got a block from IRINN (super cheap right now).
...
Boy I smell some strong BS with this one. IPv4 is just sooo expensive that we need to revoke all of them permanently by Saturday.
Not a surprise for me either.
I avoided this brand from the beginning.
Lol. Poor you @ViridWeb
A Hoster that like to break contacts. Ahay!
A type of hit and run hoster.
Looks like purple daddy won
they are trying to become a failed copy of @sthosting with miserable single epyc vCPUs, and just not too long ago they were serving half of an intel HWT as a vCPU.
... and to make it worse for $10/mo a single vCore pop ...
I'm not sure who's buying from them to begin with.
"There services?" "Beloved technologies?" And What's With Capitalizing Every Word?
Two of these things are not like the others:
If you don't have the time to change the template, boy do I have some bad news for you.
On the same note, I wonder what they did to get kicked out of Serverius Meppel, a provider known for very lenient stances.
BS reasoning to be honest. Like it was any different back when they launched a few months ago.
i would rather they came up with a better reason like supporting China's policy of fully IPv6 by 2030 or something.
ViridWeb offered a lifetime shared hosting in Jan 2021 then they shutted down it in Aug 2021.
Their lifetime is 7 months so the news is not surprisable, I guess
Fiberia.io finally Deadpool.
you're supposed to dual stack not drop the entire IPV4
I thought it was supposed to be the drives going missing then they sell off IPv4 netblocks.
Way overdue invoices maybe?
Also in the fold of their homepage:
I understand if your writing skills are bad but in this case, it would be best to hire someone to make this launch-ready.
Another entry in the hall of shame.
Intel and AMD providing payment processing service...
What to expect from a hoster that failed to create the required A-records in last 4 months... I still don't receive Fiberia's mail:

am i missing something here about sthosting?
With fiberia, I suppose they were in some hurry to post offers, all they wanted was some instant customer and now its unsustainable.
Seriously, dropping IPv4 even for existing VMs, that's definitely bad sign. Is @ViridWeb still around ?
