HAZI.ro | LXC containers IPv6 only (optional) | New location: Germany | Ryzen 3800X + NVMe Storage

FlorinMarianFlorinMarian Member, Host Rep

Hello!

Waiting for our /24 subnet to be delivered for romanian packages, we had some time to extend our best-seller, LXC containers at 0.99 eur per month.
Today we're happy to release LXC containers on OVH where you can opt for free IPv6 + IPv4 at only 2.50 eur/one-time fee per IP (multiple IPs available on request).

German server information:
Ryzen 3800X 3.90 - 4.50Ghz
64GB DDR4 2993MHz
2x Samsung Enterprise 960GB NVMe
Network card: 1Gbps
AntiDDos: Game

[LXC Germany]VPS NVMe (configurable)
1 vCPU 100% (fair-usage)
1GB DDR4 RAM
10GB SSD NVMe
1Gbps Network speed (shared)
Monthly traffic: 5TB
Starting at: 0.99 eur/month
Order it here

You can opt for extra vCPUs, RAM and Storage automatically.

Looking glass: here

Accepted payment methods: Stripe (Card International & SEPA), MobilPay (European Card), Paysafecard, Coinbase (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Dai, Bitcoin Cash), Bank Transfer.

Leave a comment with order number and you will receive doubled monthly bandwidth without paying anything extra.

Best regards, Florin.

    1 vCPU 100% (fair-usage)

What does "100% fair-usage" even mean?
You have 16 CPU threads and 64GB RAM.
Each container's fair usage would be 25%.

    Looking glass: here

    No IPv6 on looking glass.

Also, tell the truth about IPv6 subnet size.

yeah, sure, but please remember to not cross that red line after which... there is our disgraced taco boy jsg who for few miserable complimentary VMs took side of scammer against whole hard working/paying LET members :disappointed:

    I don't take sides.
    The above is proof.

What does "100% fair-usage" even mean?
Assuming no RAM overselling, you have 16 CPU threads and can create 96x 1GB containers.
Each container's fair usage would be 16%.

Accepted usage is 100% if it don't take over 6 hours and 30% permanently. We don't plan to oversell this service but from past experience, most of users are not running permanent CPU intensive tasks.

    Looking glass: here

    No IPv6 on looking glass.

    Will be added today.

Also, tell the truth about IPv6 subnet size.

We didn't mentioned subnet size, but it is /128 being available around the world, not part of HE tunnel broker network.

it is not clear for me, what IP adres(es) does this base (0.99 eur/month) offer has? could you add it to its spec

and what we get in this "free IPv6 + IPv4" 2.50 eur/one-time package?

You get a single IPv6 address for free and can get an IPv4 address for 2.50 one-time fee.
You can request additional addresses if required.

It's all in the first post. 🤷

€0.99/month only: you get a single IPv6 address.
If any of your neighbors trigger a blocklist somewhere, you are affected because you are in the same /64.

€2.50 one-time fee: you get a single IPv4 address (in addition to the IPv6).
You can keep it as long as you keep your container.

Bit offtopic, but does OVH even offer more than a /64 with a dedi?

Nope, single solution is to use again HE tunnelbroker but that will still be unavailable for Cloudflare users.

This is why you should not sell VPS out of OVH dedicated servers, and go to Online instead.

Nope, single solution is to use again HE tunnelbroker but that will still be unavailable for Cloudflare users.

You can assign 3 subnets to each container, satisfying different needs:

    • /128 from OVH
    • routed /64 from HE tunnel, 2ms latency, unusable as Cloudflare origin, unreachable from Cogent
    • routed /64 from BuyVM, 19ms latency, usable as Cloudflare origin, reachable from Cogent

    Best regards, Florin.

Pricing is disproportional in the configurable options.

    • 1 vCPU 1GB 10GB: €0.99
    • 4 vCPU 8GB 100GB: €19.99

    8x resources, 20x price.

These prices are OK as upgrades, but not good for initial order.
For initial order, you should either increase base price or decrease option price, so that larger server costs roughly same as smaller server stacked.

Pricing scheme is different. On OVH we have 2.38 EUR per IP one-time fee and in Romania it is 1500 eur/year for /24 subnet.

    Hello!
If we talk about copyrighted content, is same as before because IP supplier is exactly same as 5.183.171.0/24 (our partner's subnet).
Regarding legit content, no problem with it.
