Andy10gbit resells servers with 1Gbit guaranteed only. They are not Soyoustart or Kimsufi. They are OVH servers, even the 16/24eu models.
It seems you have been blinded, if you think the 16€ has 1Gbit guaranteed.
It has shared at best, but whatever.
Check the OVH page for guaranteed 1Gbit pricing.
I don't have that server, but I've ran the 24eu model before with bandwidth peaked nearly 24/7 for 6 months straight. Ofcourse common sense says there is a catch but I never found it during my rental. I am fully aware of OVH's 1G guaranteed pricing, but you and I would be looking at things as a regular OVH user vs a reseller who has 1000s of servers. Website pricing to resellers like him are meaningless, I highly doubt he purchases from the website vs getting custom orders from a dedicated account manager.
Like I said go check out the pricing for a E-2274G 2x480GB SSD 10G 300TB Traffic at Leaseweb Netherlands on their website and compare it to Andy's pricetag of 90eu. Maybe that will help you make sense out of it.

You seriously think OVH would sell him 1G Server for less than 26€ because he has aprox. 1k machines? No.
Plus the margin, so likely he gets the machine for sub 20€, smells like a Kimsufi.

Ahah one more thing you presumed. I actually never said anything about bandwidth being Guaranteed but funnily enough, it is, even on the €16 server. I just edited it in, into my last post. Interestingly that is how Andy10gbit advertises them and I simply copied them from his discord channel. But you're right it won't give you anything, but for others who wish to have 1Gbit guaranteed bandwidth (outgoing and incoming) at OVH Canada or Europe for €16/month, Andy10gbit is a great option.
