shit. bought a 12.95 sale to try and win RTX 3060 but it backfired.
Transfer.
It does not matter. If they don't provide a response to a ticket and don't care about customer service then at least they give me back my money. Otherway they have to work around it. Service or Return money. But completely ignoring customer issues and holding their money is not a solution. I will observe more several days.
Good luck with your observation.

Just set the limits back the way they were before...!
now nothing is exciting to grab with these low disks, ram and CPUs !
MOARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
cool bus! Reminds me of old soviet buses.
I haven't been following this but most people in any situation involving not receiving a service or a refund are those stuck in manual review, mainly for having multiple accounts. That queue will be done after almost everything else so it will definitely be the longest wait.
Alright I'm putting it up to 50GB, let's see how that goes.
wow! hopefully, not 50GB with 512 MB ram and 1 core
Kind of curious whether anyone else had this issue, or if this is a lost cause. Sent in a Sales ticket but I don't expect it to be looked at anytime soon.
Ordered a service using defer payment, had trouble getting back to my account so I waited an hour. I come back and the invoice (which was originally due 7 days from now) was cancelled (along with the pending service).
I thought I had some leeway to pay for the service? I'm guessing that it's too late to avail myself of that deal. (though tbh, I wonder if I'd just idle it)
Does this mean that your account is in bad standing? (re: the "must pay invoice or get sent to collections" warning) I don't see an invoice to pay or any way to resolve it.
Sounds perfect for an private image/ShareX host, lol.
50GB gogogogogog!
you'll quickly run into cpu issues.
Is that for a new order? Those cancel faster than 7 days, even if that's the default. For flash sale it's not 7 days, it's essentially until the next sale or a little bit grace period on top.
No, you're fine. We had a bot problem that created a bunch of accounts so we had to come up with that rule. They'd reserve all the spots, then decide to check out or not check out later. That's mostly gone.
I was caught very off guard by it, but yes. It's cancelled now and probably too late. I'll probably just have to spam my login form a few times next time it happens.
Should I just close the ticket?
Thanks! That's reassuring.
he said you're fine.
Our first of the new 50GB
If you don't have a bunch of accounts, or a bunch of orders, you can keep the ticket open. Just make it very concise and also have store credit available for it to be re-activated and it should be done.
MOARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Now thing looks great again, thanks @VirMach

Much appreciated, was definitely worried that I was about to have my Virmach account wiped.

We'd never do something that extreme. More recently we've had to do something similar to people we know 100% are part of organized crime, after following their accounts for a long time and basically quadruple checking it, then something like that might happen. So for serial phishers, DDoSers, hackers, and so on. They usually have hundreds of accounts so it's the only way to curb that.
