    LET has seen things like this before. One time payment does not really work with VPS, because of support overhead. Others tried it.

    In shared hosting it may work, because that is just a application software to update and maintain, making it easier to manage, without creating too much load on support.

    Crazy people, I personally found those deals extremely attractive because of the extra disk and bandwidth.

    It performs wonderfully. I highly doubt that the node is oversold to the point of being degraded, and it's been very speedy for me. I have installed Directadmin and everything's running like clockwork.

    If you had a bad experience, it's possible it was on an older node or something? I honestly can't say I could use the word "slow" when it comes to Inception Hosting. Even my $2/year NAT service runs flawlessly..

    In saying all of the above, I deliberately refrained from doing any benchmarks because I figure there's absolutely no point in everyone thrashing the node to kick the tyres a bit lol

    I am not from RIPE area but I have some services in that geographic area... so can I still request ASN and IP?
