    a very poor experience,the network in LosAngeles region they sold is down for 2 days.

    I have sent many support ticket, but none of you solved my problem, just let me wait, what do I have to wait for? your customer service said that it was caused by a lot of users using/testing the network, but the large packet loss in worldwide been going on for two days.

    Unfortunately we do not support customer ISO now. We have CentOS 7,8. Debian 11 and Ubuntu 20 iso available that you can mount via SolusVM Control Panel.

    How about Netboot.xyz ISO? at least add it as template if possible.

    It would be great if you could add latest Ubuntu server ISO (currently 21.10).

    Most of the requests then will be installing Windows OS on our KVM VPS, which specialized for Linux only. As an agreement with Microsoft (SPLA) we will need to report all cases with custom Windows ISOs installed which requires a lot of work now.
