What are the Best & Free Cpanel alternatives you already used?
Hello!
Fist: I search in the forum before post.
I see one topic with similar content and others talking about "Cpanel is each time more expensive".
There is a long time I have the interest to change from CPanel to another FREE and EASY TO USE alternative.
The 'easy to use part' is really important.
There are a few options that you need to spend a lot of time to make it to work withou to know if you did it correct and if it is really safe.
I have more than 20 domains and I am using Cpanel at this time.
I'd like to find a good option to migrate.
I will get a cheap VPS and install this alternative to Cpanel.
If you DuckDuckGo on internet you can find a few blogs with some options.
But you never know if the person behind the post is really impartial or if he is trying to suggest for a specific reason.
If it has a feature to import from Cpanel, better.

Cheap VPS + OS + cpanel alternative.
Have a nice week!

Webmin, probably, or ISPConfig (it's ok, but the codebase is dubious regarding the DB part).
Uh...
HestiaCP as it is free, well maintained only lacking ipv6 support
aapanel
And what about the installation?
Because if it is difficult to install in a VPS, it will difficult a lot to migrate from Cpanel to them.
In my opinion.
Keyhelp Control panel.. is not the best.. But does HIS job. Is simple and easy to use and install.
You also have Brainycp is something "new" if you want to give a try..
https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/174108/feedback-of-brainycp-control-panel
best free : HestiaCP and MyVestaCP
best paid (you can get it for free at several providers) : ApisCP and DA
Cyberpanel
Virtualmin
Best paid, I'm agree for DA, but not with Apiscp.
Free panel for personal needs : aaPanel for me. Don't use this for production I guess.
ServerAvatar is pretty good. I've been using it for almost a year now. You can probably find someone willing to sell you a lifetime license.
Wow, URPad, K-Disk and Root Level Tech are names I've not heard in forever.
Flash from the past.
Yes, that's my opinion,
I have used ApisCP for 1 year for production.
My perspective is not just looking from demo.
I don't have to waste a lot of money on monthly subscription like CloudLinux, Softaculous, immunify360, Mailchannels, and WP toolkit which is its main feature in ApisCP.
even Whmcs, Blesta, ClientExec, and WiseCP already provide modules for ApisCP.
@nem has made a great breakthrough
DirectAdmin then webmin/virtualmin
CyberPanel
Thank you for all your suggestions.
I am looking for the options you suggested.
It is important to say that I will use it in a CHEAP VPS and just with my own 20 domains.
There are a few options you suggested I have never read about. Tks!
You can try aaPanel
does anyone try Fastpanel? On their website it said that it's free, but when i installed it on my DO account i received email saying that it's only free for 18 days (trial)
aaPanel is the best for me.
https://github.com/aaPanel/aaPanel You may need this
I am currently building one. No ETA though.
Control Web Panel aka CWP
For solely hosting your own sites: TinyCP
So, is it "fast" in terms of the free period?
Myvestacp
yea, they should change it to 18dayspanel
Cheap VPS > OVH starter
ApisCP is good alternative
Aapel for free but apiscp is good too..
is this control panel has build-in file manager?
KeyHelp.
Now using aapanel and like it
