spectraip or hostslick is good for you, trust me, its affordable than any traditional shared hosting.
I will place an order for a trial
But his terms of service also feel very strict
Against mjjs who only ever use servers for scams and spam?
I'm MJJS who doesn't do bad things
Hostslick strict rules? What kind of rules you want? None?
If you intention is to do spam, phishing I think no One will accept you. Only BP hosting.. which probably is a honeypot
except copyright infringement
Yup, go with Hetzner, and they'll take your server down in 24 hours if you don't remove the abuse/copied content from your server!
In my opinion the best countries to have colocation of servers and ignore DMCA are
Switzerland
Moldova
Iceland
Finland
Norway
Netherlands (now with more pressure)
Russia
Hong Kong
Portugal (not the strongest law against DMCA, in Portugal you are allowed to download for private use, and also you can use law as your favor, since is very slow, just take a look at corruption cases takes years and years, or even a simple crime).
Some of them are expensive to have colocation but certainly in my opinion are the best.
Thank you
Thank you,Bought the Dutch
I still don't understand how DMCA is applicable since OP wants to show original videos of products that are based on copyrighted designs? Like if I took a video of a copied Porsche or iPhone surely the videos themselves aren't covered by copyright itself since I created that original content?
Although given the fact that the OP doesn't give a crap about others' copyrights, I'm more than happy that his/her venture crashes and burns, which it probably will given their technical proficiency
Such ventures can't blossom. It can grow to a certain point, but it doesn't matter where you host it. As long as you and the content are on Earth, it will collapse once it gets big enough.
Even if you host it on Luna or Mars, as long as the person is on Earth, the same result.
good you didn't included Luxembourg in the list. They'll be having Copyright Act similar to rest of the EU and Germany (or merely accepting the EU Act already enforced elsewhere). Bill is now kept in their House for passing. EU is pressuring LUX to come up with Copyright Act ASAP. So gone are the days when people use to host copyrighted material in Luxembourg data centers. We can find Lux having incorporated this Act in 2022.
Skip Switzerland

Because it happens with proton doesn't mean will happen with others. Take a look in privatelayer, hosting huge warez websites.
also Spain
For 16 y.o like you and nazi still yes. All others didn't cares about name.
Probably. For example Portugal have pretty decent laws about privacy, but Hostings here, are afraid of accept.those content like warez (even hyperlinking) which is not illegal at all.
But they are afraid and they want to avoid that, i don't know the reason, but the hosting here always are afraid because of nothing, which won't be easy to find a hosting that ignore DMCA.
Is a good country the problem is, where to host it? Someone needs to have a colocation in Portugal and accepting such kind of websites. Which I didn't see anything until now.
You're really disturbed, mate...
@coolgoole - hostsolutions might be your best choice.
after try google search it
DO NOT USING THIS ,

I have friends in Moldova/Moldavia and ask them for confirmation. They reply about you wrong and not have knowlege about real situation. And continue push your nazi shit into masses.
Are your friends russian invaders by any chance?
Thank you for your advice Mr notgod
@Francisco any comments?
Not really ProtonMail's fault. The activist could have easily of utilized the Onion Service, used public wifi to connect, etc. ProtonMail isn't an investigative unit, they're a service provider. They get a lawful request, they can only share what they know.
btw I bet OP's avatar comes directly from https://generated.photos/
yes
Hey @coolgoole which provider you finally choose? you can even DM, i'll give them a try!
They students from Ukraine. Slavic nations are mixed in these countries.
You cannot skip Russians in ex. USSR countries All infrastructure build by USSR still exist.
