What am I missing? It's €29.90 for a VPS with 1GB RAM and 2 vcores at orangewebsite.

Instead of asking, is better check their AUP / TOS that is the best way to prevent being suspended. I know some providers that say they ignore, but when they receive.

They suspend and says that is against their TOS / AUP.

So, never trust in a Hosting who says the opposite of their terms of service / AUP. Sometimes is just a dirty marketing trick.
