  • "IP location from my cell phone provider didn't match my home address" surely if it's the same country it doesn't matter? all of my provider's IPs geolocate to their head office

    Depends how big the country. My residential IPs are all over the place, very precisely located, to little town level, even village, but it is actually wrong. I am yet to see a correctly located one.

  • I messed up a couple of times, yet had no issues. (Forgot VPN on, used a different PayPal account (different email than my Frantech one) etc.) It's usually very simple and quick if you talk to them like a human being and follow their instructions.
