    Dude, take it easy. I am not working for @cociu and neither does the person you tagged. From what is known, only @MikePT works for @cociu and he stated that he continued to receive his salary on time, even though the company has some storage issues as we all know.

    This does not mean that someone defends @cociu by this. This does not mean that company is actually doing great either. This also does not mean that services started coming back online. It only means that company still respects and pays their employees, even though we can't see the same respect towards their clients.

    Again: if your boss does not pay your salary on time... maybe you should quit your job. You are a precious and valuable human, and you should not be treated without respect for your work.

    (a) I do not - and highly likely also would not - work for HostSolutions / @cociu

    As for paying them or not, I guess at the end of the day that depends on anyones attitude. If you're more in the "damn, I don't pay for services I don't get" camp you'll come to a different conclusion than if you are in the "oh well, it's just xy dollars, they probably really need the money right now and if I can help with a couple of bucks then I'll do that" camp.
    Plus there obviously are legal requirements. As a customer one usually can't simply refuse to pay but one rather must pay for the contract period and gets refunded later. But I wont go into that because I'm not a lawyer. It should be kept in mind though.

    Have just opened a ticket warning that I will be charging back via PayPal. Don't expect ticket to be answered but at least I have given warning.
    I think everyone should set a date (mine is Wednesday 9th of June), to let @cociu know via a high priority ticket. If he sees enough tickets for refunds it may push him to give us proper feedback...

    Why provide updates discreetly? These should be mailed out to customers.

    If you can advertise your stuff on forums, you should also provide updates on them.

    I have no idea whats goin on, I got invoice yesterday, and after few seconds it was marked as paid o.O Also my server should be terminated few months ago, it even was but for some reason it still works
