    Los Angeles is SSD cached, (all other VPS locations are running on RAID-10 Pure SSD). If Disk I/O is important for your application/use-case, we can discuss other west coast location, such as San Jose or Seattle, which would provide similar latency/network performance to that of Los Angeles, as long as IPv6 is not a requirement for you. These are based on Pure SSD, and DUAL E5-2680v2 and above.

    As for the network tests, it looks like a lot of the public speed test servers are busy. There is a quote one once told me, “Every speed test service is only as reliable as their test servers in the datacenter are.” - and I still find that to be very true, considering most public speed test servers have multiple concurrent connections going on at one time, and often run on donated infrastructure on shared network ports. The true way to run a speed test is to have another endpoint/server set up, based upon a dedicated network port using an iperf test.
