In the event your VPS is down, you may always consider rebooting it through our control panel. If this doesn't help, we're available 24x7 via ticketing to help. And in the rare event we're facing an outage on a particular node and or location we'll update https://status.racknerd.com/ with information as it becomes available.
I do know that our San Jose location is currently having intermittent network connectivity - and this appears to be related to a DDoS attack (networking is attempting to mitigate). If this is related to your location, I sincerely apologize. Otherwise, please send in a support ticket and we'll take a look at your specific VPS.

hey @dustinc dont you people have some sort of image snapshot/backup service? i am running 2 servers with you and i am forced to use backblaze b2 as a stand in for the important data backup but otherwise if i had these features, i would have been much more happier because i could go back and click restore
