Is it normal that I have to wait over 2 days to get IPv6 enabled on my servers? I saw some other people got a response in minutes.
If you have a server in a location where IPv6 is not yet available, yes, it will take a few days until we have it announced and then assigned to your server.

Oh snap, I hope I didn't mess something up
. My order contains new and upgrades.
Worse than an '80's paperboy.
Does it include upgrades? My ticket is still open. Waiting patiently, no hurry.
Since this thread has been quiet for a while, I am here to complain about my ticket not being answered for one week - although my serves have been provisioned long long long ago.
Since things have quietened down, question about the 10% for existing customers mentioned on the first page,
I saw questions about how this is applied but not the mechanics of activating it. Does it require a ticket? To be honest, I'm not too fussed about this year which is already paid, but maybe for next year's invoice.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the @hosthatch for these great deals. And also in general. The issue that I had was successfully resolved, although they were not obliged to help me. I will not go into details so as not to cause a wave of new requests and indignation. Just wanted to say thank you as it was awesome!
Give them a note in your order ticket. If your service has already been deployed, just drop them a sales inquiry/request (via their ticket system).
IPv6?
I created a ticket and it was answered within 7 minutes.
You may have created a ticket during the peak.

No, it's something else. It was actually being replied once a day up to 1 week ago. I'm gonna wait for a few more days, but I need this done before Xmas.
If there's no reply for over a week I'd hit them up again or bump the ticket. I think after having waited a week hosthatch won't feel bothered if you do it.
afaik they are working on it. got my shameless upgrade requests on two small NVMe services handled today - awesome!
if you've asked nicely for matching this years offer just resource wise while staying on the old price and waited patiently for it...
$16 FTW! "I don't need that dollah dollah dollah..."
I have used both NVMe and storage VPS for a bit more than ten days now. Besides some small issues (internal IPs missing and then on different VLANs), they have been absolutely flawless. Super stable and constant, predictable performance. The one that surprises me the most is the storage one to be fair. Sure, the NVMe ones have fast I-O, but also the storage one. I’m hammering it from different sides and it goes on like nothing. And the network is excellent for my use case.
For those trying to install Windows this has a great tutorial that will get you through most of the steps https://wiki.unraid.net/index.php/UnRAID_Manual_6#Installing_a_Windows_VM
@hosthatch How is it actually allowed to perform network speed tests more often during the day?
As long as you do not exceed your traffic ? So I'm talking about iperf speed tests so 12 times a day
Plot twist: the excellent prices were a setup to get everyone to bandwidth test themselves into using up their monthly allotment and paying $$$ for additional bandwidth.
Enjoy the 10Gbps, he says, with a Monty Burns laugh.
Bandwidth pooling will be an awesome feature.
does anyone have a problem with ssh'ing in Amsterdam?
But nginx + db still accesible.
Works fine here.
Maybe worth checking your fw rules if you have one.
Works here. Specific to your VPS. Check usual stuff like iptables.
Thanks. I don't have fw rules atm.
Thanks. Didn't touch iptables till now. Last night is still working fine.
Update: SSH now back to normal. Thanks all

@hosthatch made a post acknowledging issues with .ISO uploads. Is anyone else battling this? I attempted to upload an .ISO, it failed, and now all attempts to upload any .ISO immediately fail with error message:
"Sorry, an error has occurred (iso already exists). please try again and submit a support ticket if this keeps happening."
How did you fix it? If you don't mind sharing
Sounds like it self healed.
Same here with a NVMe in Chicago. I tried for a few days and then went with a template instead of ticketing.
Is there a difference in CPU allocation between the storage VPS and the regular NVMe VPS? I've got a 1 GB RAM / 10 GB NVMe and a 4 GB RAM / 2 TB HDD storage, both in Chicago. I'm used to storage VPSes having lower-end CPUs, but both have the same model in this case (Xeon E5-2690 v2 @ 3.00GHz). The NVMe one says the CPU is "30% dedicated" whereas the storage one doesn't explicitly say anything about CPU usage. Can I use the CPU in the storage VPS roughly the same, or should I try to keep it as low as possible?
