Yes, my iso already has a VirtIO driver, but it still doesn't work, so I am very troubled. It doesn't seem to be mounted. When I choose to boot from the iso after mounting it, shut it down and boot, it is still centos Login screen instead of Windows
Can you explained the steps you followed? This is what I did to get Windows ISO booting:
Yes, I did it according to what you said. When I use Linux iso, it works very well, but Windows iso does not work. After I uploaded the Windows iso with VirtIO driver After mounting, I choose to boot from the iso-hard disk, and then I shut down the vps and then turned it on. However, when I opened the vnc console, it was still the login window of centos, not Windows, so I was very troubled.
Yes, this is my order
1. Upload iso,
2. Select my iso and mount,
3. Select the startup sequence as iso>disk,
4. Shut down,
5. Boot and view from vnc.
By the way, my iso is Windows server 2008 r2.
Why are you trying to install an OS that has been EOL'd?
Can you check lsblk in CentOS to see if the ISO is actually mounted? Many Windows ISOs require you to press a key within 5 seconds or so, otherwise it will just boot from the first hard drive. That might be why.
Do you offer VPS from your home connection? How much?
Why would you need to know where is the server physically located?
People have been reported to change their homes/apartments just to be closer to the DC.

LOL but it's Hong Kong, where the two farthest DC in here is 25min driving in between.
I've gotten all the purchased services deployed except existing service upgrades which are low priority anyways. Couldn't be happier with the server performance and overall support by @hosthatch and his team. Support has been responsive and very helpful so I cannot understand all the complaints over here. A little bit of patience and being friendly and polite will take you far (and not just in the hosting business
).

Does someone remember the initially stated delivery time for Madrid and Milan on the flash sale offer order page?
Currently says within 10 business days, which have passed by now.
Asking because I've got an invoice for next month, while it isn't delivered yet.
Cancellation of the entire order was denied unfortunately.
I think it is the same as in original post.
It may be frustrating to see a much later date, but these locations are not ready yet. Having an extra invoice is a problem, try opening a ticket.
not sure where you have read something about 10 working days for these locations...
the flash sales were on pages 9, 15, 29, 34 (no madrid/milan on those) and finally page 37 with the new location bundles.

I am not sure if it said that, and if it did, it would be a typo since it has been mentioned several times here and in the OP that the delivery for MAD/MIL/HKG will be 31st December.

It’s all about the timing for the windows iso. You want to be connected to the VNC straight away from reboot as to not miss the “press key to boot from CD...”

All new servers have been provisioned since a while ago, other than some very specific large/complex orders that we are working on.
If your server is not provisioned, please contact us so we can check asap. This does not apply to Madrid, Milan or Hong Kong. Those are 31st December deliveries.
