  • obviously I'm here to resolve any stucked orders/ or orders which we might have missed out, but clearly people with personal agenda are bringing emotions/ and their own agenda into the picture.

    avenue/alternative/ channel of communication has been provided, but yet, philosophers as they are, not willing to work together and resolve any outstanding questions & orders

    again - really, I'm not asking much - just the ticket id & email id for verification and processing review. simple request/instruction, really :)

    Thats what I'm planning to do. I was just curious since they're talking about upgrades/downgrades etc and I have none of that. I thought that if they got the time to argue in this thread, then a simple yes/no answer is not a problem. But you're right, it's still within the timeframe.

    Surely, you know you're coming off as a nag, right? Certainly not abiding the "please be patient" bit. Someone standing over your shoulder at work saying, "deadline is tomorrow! you promised!" would be an asshole to you, right?

    Of course there is no people who could do such things:

    This speculation better left unanswered as HH just delivered my server. Someone loves running on the edge a real blade runner.

    I read a lot of comments that you should chill and the people who have a lot of time and weed should chill.

    Why don't you think he may be black? Let's ban all the users on youtube that use these nicknames haha. But yeah, there's a double standard. If you're black you can call yourself and black people N, but if you white or yellow you can't. Skin color discrimination as is.

    Same. I'm guessing since it was done by ticket their triage system has some classification errors which they will go back and sort through. I'm missing a "first post" NVMe and two of the combos, but no hurry, can wait until it calms down a bit.

    Probably answered somewhere else... these combo yolo packs.. cannot be customized (like more resources), right?

    Wouldn't mind paying extra for upgrading the lot if that makes it easy.... just trying to see if that option is available.. if not, perfectly fair game!

    It was said earlier that flash sales cannot be customized in any way, and I would understand the combo packs to fall in that category.

    I think any serious customer will appreciate the fact that we run a tight ship and won't be blackmailed. Just ends up in better service for everyone else.

    They can't be customized - at least not any time soon. If you open up a ticket a couple months down the line, we might be able to do something though - but no promises. :)

    I've got one 8GB NVMe waiting to be provisioned still, paid on 30th. Should I continue to wait or make a ticket? can wait few days no problem just don't wanna be forgotten

    Is it 'finalising' if you login into the panel? If so, you don't need to do anything, just wait a little bit more please :)

    If it's not showing up in the panel, then please open a ticket.
