They should be provisioned by end of today. If not, you will get an update with a new ETA (possibly 24-48h more, but we'll likely get them out today)
Same. I'm guessing since it was done by ticket their triage system has some classification errors which they will go back and sort through. I'm missing a "first post" NVMe and two of the combos, but no hurry, can wait until it calms down a bit.

Wouldn't mind paying extra for upgrading the lot if that makes it easy.... just trying to see if that option is available.. if not, perfectly fair game!

It was said earlier that flash sales cannot be customized in any way, and I would understand the combo packs to fall in that category.
Some kind of censorship mechanism, which can kick in anytime. Be aware if you plan to host any production apps. Keep your mouth shut.
But really, you were asking for it, weren't you? If I were HostHatch, I'd probably do the same.
I think any serious customer will appreciate the fact that we run a tight ship and won't be blackmailed. Just ends up in better service for everyone else.

They can't be customized - at least not any time soon. If you open up a ticket a couple months down the line, we might be able to do something though - but no promises.

Id be curious as to where this kind of schizo trolling style comes from that came in waves during bf and cm on LET.
My ticket was on hold for 4 days or so (I had a credit balance on a storage server I let lapse + a credit balance) - just now 7 working days after my initial order my nvme has just been onlined with the billing date 1 year from today (as specified in the offer).

I've got one 8GB NVMe waiting to be provisioned still, paid on 30th. Should I continue to wait or make a ticket? can wait few days no problem just don't wanna be forgotten
