Someone said that Cloudflare via mobile data is not giving stupid captchas and then you commented you need better phone... so everyone assumed you are using some Nokia 3310 that can't handle modern webpage and tried to help you with solutions!

    Lol.

Thank you guys anyway. Discovered Termux.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, it has been working fine but storage is a problem. Also I broke the screen. Hopefully I will get a Google Pixel in February when a friend comes from USA.

I used to buy expensive phones that came with expensive mobile plans until I discovered Xiaomi years ago. Used to pay $40 for the mobile plan + $50 (for 18 months) and now I only pay $10. My phone cost me around $150 years ago. Great savings.

  • @imok I like Motorola for that reason here in the US. Pretty much stock Android, and good radios.

I miss my Handspring Treo 300. That keyboard thumbboard was awesome, and I could do on-call work from anywhere!

Any suggestions on the type of dedicated servers you guys would like to see and the competitive pricing you'd like to see with it?

  • That is outside of my price range, so I am not gonna be helpful.

Pi4's with 2TB SSD as storage servers in LA. Not sure what the price should be.

Multiple Drives! Some larger SSD's would be cool. Annual billing's okay if its a really good deal :)

  • What?!

Not wrong, just not going to ask for <$7 dedi

@randomq said: ... Darn it, now I have to go back and read every page to be sure!

I was asking so as not have to do that :)
EDIT: We could split up the pages if you want?

Can PM me more details? I didn't use Cloudflare workers...

  • @FAT32 can you for next year introduce some kind of 'filters' for notifications?
Even pre-defined like "MORE THAN 10 GB SSD DAMN YOU BOT"? >:)

  • A 10GB VPS is perfectly fine for a cPanel DNS Only server, right?

  • There's always rclone and sshfs :)

  • or buy one with 20GB RAM so you can ramdisk for updates, lol.

You're aware his current "Estimate Value" feature (plug-in code), does have a feature like this, right? I guess that doesn't filters the notifications, but at least seeing that gray "0% off" would keep you off the deal!...

If the notification text can be customized for each user, then adding the evaluated value there could be a step closer to your request...

  • Did anyone get anything crazy yet?

  • Only the 5.24$ with slow af disk, but I will complain in ticket later :D

I am pretty happy with this, I needed some space to steal Google Static Minimaps and serve them myself.
