@MikePT Created 2 accounts by mistake while ordering the lifetime shared hosting deal. Opened a ticket to delete one of the 2 and resolve the fraud check on the other.

You should not run any hosting business if you personally judge if a site should be suspended or not, no matter of the ToS you have.

Usually hosts forwarded take-down notice/DMCA etc and provide an opportunity for counter-reply.
It's not a host's job to decide if the content is legal or not. That's a court's job. Let them handled it.
For spam/abuse etc., yes host can suspend/terminate as per their TOS.

We try our best, it's not easy to control hundreds of clients. We don't often receive abuse reports gladly but when we do we suspend the website. Some of our previous tickets weren't responded to by the client which affects our relationship with the Datacenters.
Even though I did ask the client to open a ticket with us so I could check it 💪
