My neck is getting painful due to the lack of sleep again, really have to head to sleep now. I bet VirMach will be online in an hour or two after I slept.

The series I can't stop watching are Friends and Two and a half men. But Netflix decided to retire the last one, leaving me with time to watch other shows from time to time, like La casa de papel, Love death + robots, Breaking Bad, Betty la fea, Under the dome, You, Black Mirror, Pan Am, Silicon Valley and much much more.
And I haven't seen Games of thrones. Only the memes.

Seriously though... I was also getting an error like that at one of my new orders, and sometimes going back and forth b/w "Server Information", and "Configurable Options" tabs (and/or just refreshing the service page/F5) brought back the billing panel functionality. When I clicked the VNC, I noticed a "No bootable device" error even the restart wouldn't fix. So I went to "Manage" (SolusVM CP), and reinstalled OS from there, and the VM was back! Give it a try if you don't want to wait for Virmach staff to come around fixing these "lost"
