I received mine ordered on the 25th paid with paypal, so I'm pretty sure you will receive yours if the payment is accepted.

I wonder what they will deliver for already ordered servers. 2x1TB disks was my reason to get this server...
The product code (which you see in the ordering URL) has changed, so no worries there, if you ordered before this change, you should get it with RAID.

They dont really deliver servers in order.. orders placed yesterday/2days ago get delivered before orders that were placed 25th

This also likely explains newer K16G orders being released to customers first. Probably uses an easier to get configuration than the older ones.
In order or out of order, the important thing is that they are delivering some servers. Which might help to cut down the queue length.

I had the old page cached in my browser, and it definitely had a different product code, it was 134sk3 if I'm not mistaken, and now it's 135sk3. I tried opening the URL with the old product code, but it just thrown an error.
Apparently 2 emails asking questions is too much.....

The Kimsufi server limits per person have also changed:
ks2g: 3
ks4g: 50
ks16g: 100
@rds100 they probably had like 1500 ks2gs ready to be delivered. and then days later they announce due to intel they cant get new parts and you must wait 4-5 weeks. like they couldn't have known this beforehand when saying 10 day delivery time?

I have waited 3 KS2Gs since 25th and none has been delivered, but later orders have been delivered. They're a strange company, not doing things in order.
K16G without raid is useless..

Just noticed a change. KS4G has now 2 cores 2-4 threads, KS2G has 1 core 2 threads.
They won't be able to mess with customers in germany any longer i guess.
We have so strict laws about contracts here, and they are changing the kimsufi site like once per day.
I have ordered a server 11 days ago. Initially it said 24 hours, a day later 1-10 days and now, without any notice we are at "sold out". Great job OVH. Great job.
I would like to see people complaining about the now reduced core/thread numbers.
And I wonder if they deliver what I paid them for or if they get me some crap.

I dont know why they cancelled my order but I know OVH is the worst company, trying to become the largest hosting company but dont have a clue how to manage large number of orders. They may have to learn about automation. They are too arrogant, felt able to complete all the work manually. but the fact they cant.
I actually dont really need the server. if I get it, maybe I'll give it to someone for free.

I read most of this thread but I'm still stuck with a question, hope somebody can answer this for me.
I'm from the EU, paid 2 servers with Paypal on the 27th and both payments are marked as ''complete'' in Paypal.
What will this mean to me? No servers or 2 servers in about a couple of weeks?
I hope someone can at least give me an educated guess.
