Yeah but you dont get cancelled right?
It's been 24 hours now, and I found that my server is cancelled. How do we ask for the refund?
They're cancelling non-EU orders now?...
Did you get from Paypal a E-Mail?
I wonder if they impose a limit of 3 KS products ordered yesterday when there were no mentioning of limit of 3, or is it for orders placed today and later? And is it a limit 3 per server type or 3 KS products total? I guess we'll find out next week, when they either cancel or provision the servers.
And PayPal sent "You authorized a payment" that's all.
@Coudio Yeah i think so.
I already received the email of payment receipt, but they cancell it without notification
they still have to manually verify/process the order until its placed in the manager/billing interface.
I see that mine also says cancelled but says order in progress at the bottom. The word "cancelled" appears in the line item for the invoice.
Kimsufi 2G - 3 month - cancelled
Your order was paid on 25/07/2013 a 19:22:23 - Your order is in progress
It's also listed under purchase orders in progress.

(Red line is my time I paid it)
I did
@MorningIris Again: I got one look at my serverstatus
I think someone hacked ovh and is screwing around with their prices lol..
@joodle Kimsufi 2G - 3 month - cancelled ?
@earl No, its True i called them yesterday.
No, my server is already online since yesterday
@MorningIris

@wrox That wasn't there yesterday when most people ordered their server.
Yep it wasn't there yesterday.
Thank god I didn't cancel my VPS. Lesson learned: Never trust OVH.
It's been 24 hours. I didn't even get to order mine because they are slow on validating my account from the US with 2 emails sent asking for a confirmation of receipt. Nothing. Now, I can't even order one if I want to because of the exclusion rule. OVH never fails to amaze to sum it all up.
There's an exclusion rule now? Awesome.
Well, if they fail to provide, I'm charging back on both my products.
Chauffer - you must be 5 years old... nothing wrong with OpenVZ, were going to do a VMWare offering soon, you going to laugh at that too?
PEOPLE ACTUALLY GOT THEIR SERVERS PLEASE STOP POSTING
I GOT ONE, PLENTY OF OTHER PEOPLE GOT ONE
Benchmark please.
If they fail to provide they'll issue a refund so why would you think of doing a chargeback before contacting them.
disclosure: just received notice of a chargeback on a payment that we had refunded in full 2 weeks prior to the chargeback being filed so the mere mention of the word chargeback is enough to cause me to emit a string of curse words. Customer knew a refund had been issued and is trying to pull the old double dip chargback scam. grrr,,,,
@azzavps I'm not 5, I never said anything was wrong with OpenVZ. Good way of doing business!
I just said you can't compare OpenVZ with a dedicated server, do you disagree?
Yeah EU caveat is new, my KS2G from last month is still pinging me for renewal (ain't gonna happen).
Still waiting on my mini-SP to be provisioned, that's a damn good price on E3-1245V2, 32MB, 2x2TB (or 2x1TB, I've seen it both ways) and 200Mbps unlimited bandwidth (64TB/month?)
Edit: There also was something in their old dedicated server contract concerning having more than one server a month with them, each additional server had to be on an annual contract, could that be the problem (I don't see it in the new contract but I might just be missing it).
