I'm glad I don't do tech support anymore. Irritates the hell out of me dealing with customers like this.
Protip for more efficient support tickets:
clearly say:
1. What your problem is.
2. What you want the outcome to be
3. What you expect support to do.
Take a look at your first note in the ticket. You don't ask a question, you don't say what you want, and support has no idea wtf you want. This back and forth is silly. I know English isn't your first language, but surely you wouldn't communicate that way in your native language, no?
I'm fully with the support agent on that one.
