Do I suddenly become stupid or there is no "Change password" in their clientsarea. Even "Reset password" does not change the password. Is this how it work?

I have filed a ticket however this is Sunday and 5AM on their side, I used to be patient but this time feel too hungry for an answer.

It's in the client area under the "actions" tab, and also in the control panel under "vps management"

EDIT: Wait.. which password EXACTLY are you trying to change here? The password for your client area, or the root password for your VPS?

The clientarea.php?action=changepw is to change your Client Area password, NOT the root password. If you want to change the root password, then click Change Password as seen here:

Password of client area. "My account" menu is not displayed, have to manually change the url clientarea.php?action=changepw

Also can you login if you logout? Right now I currently am not able to login to client area.

    I refer to this https://clientsarea.hostdoc.co.uk/login.php

    This is weird.
So the "Change password" menu is not listed, maybe being forgot in design, but still accessible in url clientarea.php?action=changepw. Sucessfully changed password, that means current password is right.

Tried to logout and login with no success, no messages reported.

Anyone confirm that we cannot login?

I couldn't access client area using cloudflare dns. was only motivated to troubleshoot because of flash sales. After reverting to normal dns it's working fine. Just that its sometimes up and down

I can access the login.php page, but cannot login. It always redirects back to the login page no matter what you input in email and password boxes.

    Hi @banxix
You had a genuine issue so I took no offence and immediately looked into when i saw your ticket.
It was a captcha issue believe it or not, but I have got that sorted and went to reply to your ticket and found it closed.
Is it working for you now?

I closed the ticket because I think I was impatient and this is Sunday so a small problem shouldn't bother us in weekend. I posted it here to see if others also get same problem as me.

Glad that you fixed it. I have successfully logged in. Please don't worry I'm not a rude customer so I am fully aware of your hard work.

I am not worried at all. As mentioned, it was a valid issue and you had every right to raise a complaint about such regardless of what day it is.
As soon as I saw your ticket, I began troubleshooting and immediately had an idea what it may be so started there.
You were not impatient but thank you for being considerate in that regard.

Just say hivelocity instead as they own incero now and I'm pretty sure that whole incero fiasco is buried.

Correct, any issues with Incero went away with the sale.

Any chance for more stock on the Australian £21/year plan, or is that all gone now? I totally understand that these are flash sales, I'm just wondering if that plan will return.

Also, do the Australian ones have native IPv6? I guess IPv6 is only in the USA?

You will need to keep an eye out for the most similar plan because it will most probably not be added again, but, who knows?!

The medicine cabinet has already been restocked this week but as I have been indulging in my own medicine, I did not want to share.

I too have been losing sleep watching the sales page but my bonkers alter ego has been kept at bay thus far. Maybe this weekend.
