Just tell me what you want to do with it. Preferences to enabling makers and development-ish projects or educational research over passive use cases (caching, proxies, irc bouncers, etc).
Terms: You either need to have been a customer of Ionswitch at some point or on LET for 6 months, you open a ticket once every 90 days (ish) to confirm you are still using it.
Exclusions: China, Brazil.

You (and other hosts) should not inherit AS's spirit of discrimination against China and Brazil, especially when you take regular orders from these countries.
