on the page listing all servers, you have a list in France, and a list in Canada, so just click on the cart icon, next to the server, under the Canadian list.
kinda insulting that of all the companies I use this one charges a setup fee and is the slowest by far to provision

Driven mad by the funky buggy partition enforcement again but can't be bothered sussing out the netboot method.

/var/lib/vz/template not allowed on LV because /var/lib/vz is on LV.
