Technically as @user123 mentioned we didn't specify the clock rate, but this is not intended and we'll fix these as soon as possible, probably after everything else. I'm just surprised no one reported this one yet.

I think everyone's super busy checking on deals  At least I am...I've only had time check in on 1 VPS out of the 3 I purchased...

Unfortunatelly I noticed the KVM (at least mine in Frankfurt) does not even passthrough AESNI, only a generic QEMU core is shown, which is a bit sad.

  • @Daevien LA has the lowest ping base on the Looking Glass. Is it okay then to assume it is better than Seattle and SJ?

  • yeah, it should be overall and is the location I sort of expect that, seems to be a common spot. But since I don't really look for that market, I hadn't checked for sure

I wonder how many of these specials will be suspended for abuse in a week when all these single-core Windows boxes attempt their first update

To be fair, it took like 3 weeks for my idling Windows box to get suspended for CPU abuse before.

  • Hum, that's what makes me hesitating to grab a KVM box with @VirMach. Not that I plan to use windows but I fear that my scripts and the CPU limit don't enjoy each other very well... How does that happens when your box gets suspended for CPU abuse? Do you get some messages before?
