Damn, I was really burning to get it, it was really a steal! But I needed KVM
To properly offer mailservers, the pricing would have to be much higher. We would need a better system, constantly monitor and remove blacklists, check for spam way better than we currently do, and more. I would just recommend using a mailing service like MXRoute, Mailchannels, Mailgun, unless we come up with a better mailserver service.
Until then, we have to just limit mails, cannot guarantee mails will land, and cannot allow mail servers.
The version of Windows running on the template is licensed.
Thanks for understanding. Every agent is handling 2-3x tickets than usual. It definitely does not help that a large number of customers are ignoring our pleas of not creating multiple tickets & chats just to let us know that their order is pending. We know!
We've reviewed most the replies in this thread, but we're all focusing on answering chats & tickets.
