Probably NL or something. It's the only market that I've been given reasonable prices on commit. I got a DC over there that i've talked into giving me some nice, deep, discounts if I sign on with a longer contract too.
There's no promising on filtering. At the very least our autonull would be present but any sort of tanking power is up in the air.
