Did you enabled drive pass through on the Raid Controller before, or just installed Windows on the existing Raid 1?
Got response on ticket about IPv6, it is not "fully supported" and can be allocated only via dhclient and without rDNS ... so effectively outgoing-only, I'm thinking.

Did you see the raw error read rate & seek error rate? Although it's pretty new, those are not encouraging signs...
Those are OK for a Seagate drive, it's just a matter of how those drives report SMART, all Seagates have high values in there, even while brand new and without any issues.

In rescue mode, there is no hard drive mounted. Is it just with my server or same with everyone?
I changed the raid setting to NORAID. Is that not enough?
Try command:
ls /dev/ | grep sd
If the result is empty, there might be issue with your server. Contact support
Drives on the RAID card in that server appear as sg(0/1/2), not sd(a/b/c).

RAID0 in my server is still sda, not sg*
The entire RAID is sda, but if you want to access individual drives (e.g. for smartctl as pasted before), you would use sgN. I suppose if you don't set up a RAID configuration you would also format and use the sgN drives directly.
