    1. ExtraVM: Solid, Nice Owner, fast support.
    2. HostUS: Solid, very fast support for normal stuff.
    3. securedragon: Solid, sometimes jerky support, best outage-communication and overall communication with clients about issues.

    New provider:

    Honorable mentions:

    • Terrahost (good servers, bad network)
    • UltraVPS/providerservice (solid support, solid servers)
    • Time4VPS (good prices, at least in the past, solid servers)
    • HostSolutions (I like @cociu's bipolar attitude and that you can combine immaturity with solid servers and service)
    • NorthHosts (haven't used them yet but Jon seems to be a great guy)
    • VortexNode (Seem to do a great job marketing-wise, their live-sales-support is probably outsourced though)
    • WorldStream (fast support, cheap prices, decent network)

It's not easy to pick only 3 providers:

    1. SecureDragon

    2. Online.net

    3. CrownCloud

    Honourable Mention:

RamNode, Digitalocean, Vultr, Owned-Networks,Mean Servers & AWS

    Picks:

    1. LunaNode - runs my business, very fast, variety of resource packages, competitive hourly pricing
    2. Scaleway - very generous resources at rock-bottom hourly prices with dedicated hardware or VPS options
    3. ToggleBox - true "cloud" HA infrastructure, reasonable hourly pricing, flexible resource allocation, responsive support

    Honorable mention:

    • DomFlow / SeFlow / CloudFlow - true "cloud" HA infrastructure, cheap hourly pricing, flexible resource allocation, responsive support, less than impressive performance benchmarks, but never used it with a production workload
    • CloudSigma - true "cloud" HA infrastructure, lots of datacenters options around the world, responsive support, slightly more expensive but flexible resource allocation allows for some affordable combinations.

    1. Leaseweb - I really love their KVM VPSes because they're very stable, network is fantastic, support is great, and their prices are very competitive.

    2. Liteserver.nl - The owner of Liteserver is super nice and I love how he provides friendly support and actually treats your like a customer instead of just a number. I use both their KVM and OpenVZ VPSes and their services are premium quality for a great price!

    3. Mikrovps.hu - I discovered Mikrovps here on LET and I'm addicted to their Xen VPSes! They're a great provider in Hungary and support speaks good English too (along with being very helpful, they've added custom ISOs for me within minutes).

Best New Provider: Vapornode (although they have been around for a bit, I just discovered them on LET recently)

Honorable mention: VULTR (can't go wrong with VULTR!) and Worldstream (their budget dedicated server specials freaking rock and they had me setup within 1 hour with my new server and they let me use a KVM over IP to install my own OS instead of using a template).

I should add, nothing is outsourced.

I can vouch. Have met the owner/main guy on chat a couple of times, plus the other people also had access to ticket logs and all.
