Actually, I feel pretty good about not being able to vote- I'd hate to have to choose between some very, very awesome people.

Afterburst: I have been with them, on my little $6/qtr server since 5-6 years ago. Seriously underrated, but rock solid stuff. They need to get back here with great stuff.
Catalysthost (@ryanarp): On an ultra small server, using it for VPN and tunneling stuff. Their Incero Dallas network is great and the fastest location for me.
New provider: Vortexnode (@VortexMagnus). Hopefully the "too good to be true" deals keep working for us.
Honorable mentions:
Wishosting (@exception0x876). Having one of the specials of the past deal (Thanks again). And still working wonderfully.
Lunanode (@perennate). I have some credit there, but I haven't needed to use it. A lot of great features for the money.

QuadHost - their i-83 line still has ZERO downtime. Impressive for a budget VPS!
LiteServer - great owner, great servers, great pricing
InceptionHosting - great support, and overly cheap (that 3 EUR deal tho)
Best New: VortexNode - A lot of new great deals recently, and expanding very quickly
Runner Ups:
BuyShared - excellent and very affordable shared hosting resellers (<3 the dedi IP too)
vStoike - Nice BF deal, and super nice support
ZXHost - although I'm not a paying customer, I've had a free VPS with them for quite a while, and they have an amazing service

1. BuyVM/BuyShared | Excellent service from @Francisco and co. Both slices and shared do have great performance for a slice of cost compared to specs/realibility!
2. WholeSaleInternet | One of the best Value for Money out there, with fast and good support. Kind of impressed for their reliable service in such low prices. Nice work from @AaronW
3. HostUS | Have 2 small vps with them acting as mail servers, for almost two years now! A minor downtime in Sep16. Ecxept that, i have forgotten they're up and running! Thanks, @AlexanderM

Alpharacks' OVZ is very unstable according to uptimerobot but their $18/yr KVM could be a good option for budget KVM VPS.
