It seem far easier to split an atom than to get one... ;-)
After several timeouts I even had one in my cart (at $85/quarter) but didn't know the required promo code, so I guessed "BLACKFRIDAY" and after a minute or so of waiting it refreshed with an empty cart and a quick browser refresh produced a nice red "critical database error" before jumping back to the "out of stock" page.
Yea, same here and I did tried to order from both laptop and pc, separate internet providers too but was impossible. End up having the atoms in cart and couldn't even pay for it.
Seems I'll have to wait for a transfer from those who bought the atoms for testing or idling while I wasn't around the other day. It sucks...
If tranfering is allowed, I can transfer atom to you for $4.83. ($5*29/30)
Last few pages are the perfect example of how you can't make everyone happy.
You'd think putting out a dedi offer better than online.net would make everyone happy. BUT
One guy complaining about how his $5 dedi with 2GB RAM / 250GB HDD wasn't one of the glitched ones that gave out 4GB RAM and 500GB HDD instead.
Then there you have this string of people bitching that they can't get it the day after the deal supposedly have ended.

1º This subject has already died, @nekki pulled the boys' ears, then you eat and rekindle unnecessarily.
2º They are like children who buy on impulse, want to play, want to test, want to meet and then work (or not) with the servers ...
It is perfectly normal, respecting certain limits, that the staff is in the expectation of picking up the chocolate bar with the gold card. There is nothing absurd about it.
3º The important thing here is the accessibility of offers, meeting new partners, new products and acquiring commercial partnerships, right? It is up to each one to separate what interests him, to collect information as I have done since registering.

You need to open a ticket and send in the transaction #, they manually sort it out.

Shit happend, one Server selected for Debian, one for CentOS, booth get with CentOS Deployed. Well they had a lot fo Deploy, so I guess I can happen, all human here.
So, opend a Ticket, asked for BOOTH to be reinstalled, the Support guy reinstalls one.
Opend a Ticket again, now waiting again 3 hours for Reinstall.
And then People say please create there a Ticket to start a Reinstallation, and they create you a Ticket in WHCMS to notify you about the progress, dafuq?
But why? Why you need to create 2 freaking Tickets for a Reinstall in 2 different Portals? I mean why?!
The issue is that we've had to disable automated reinstall's whilst we focus on the large number of deployments taking place and I'm sorry that you received one server with the wrong OS.
We are working through reinstall requests and dealing with them as quickly as we can. A tech will update you the moment it has completed.
We are in the process of migration. We don't want you to have to login to two different portals to everything on the uks dashboard is in the process of being integrated to the WHMCS Portal too. During that time, there is a little bit of an overlap, but we're working to bring forward the implementation date.
