From what I see there are no client area options (to reinstall operating system, check network graphs, set reverse DNS, and so on). When users need modifications, they have to open tickets every time? Can you handle all those tickets?

How to get 4GB/620GB Atom? My dedi has only 2GB/500GB.
Luck of the draw. Consider yourself lucky to get 250GB extra disk, many didn't get that.
I can vouch for that! I've already submitted 2 tickets (requests, not really support) and they were handled very quickly. Didn't expect that given the recent rush. Only downside is I kind of feel like a sh*tty jerk-face for even creating a ticket when I'm paying so little for so much.

So pretty much all servers that were in stock starting with 9 AM GMT today were 4GB/640GB. Happy that I got a transfer but darn, those database errors during orders kept me away from the lucky specs.
PS: Hopefully we'll be able to reinstall OS ourselves soon.

I tried very hard to get one from Atlanta too, but unfortunately I could not. Magnus said he would try to make the VPS available to anyone who was online at the moment, but I do not think he was able to do it for lack of inventory or he did not have time yet.
As soon as I have something new to report, I'll bring it here.
I think it was because they ran out of servers. The reply to my ticket was that it was sold out. I should have opened a ticket as soon as he said that everyone that had posted before his post trying to get one would be taken care of, instead of waiting for things to calm down a bit for them before doing it. They were very nice about it and Magnus is a super nice guy, but I'm still a little sad. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what their next offer is and try to get one if it's something within my budget/needs (a cheap yearly with disk space and decent resources). Though, I hope he doesn't post it while I'm travelling and without internet.
