    @VortexMagnus I can't login with root password given in the email. No option to reset password in conttol panel and i also get 404 with reinstall server.
    should i raise ticket or just wait til control panel up? (I'm not in a hurry)

    Mine had the wrong password too. I have to create a ticket and then support gave me a new password.

    @Nekki I heard back from the VortexNode helpdesk about the KVM special. They were very polite, but it's sold out, so no KVM VPS for me at this time :(.

    I did enjoy your thread, though, so thanks for all the time you spent with us this weekend :).

    Just a note to those who are contacting UK support (Linovus) -- it appears that when you enter a ticket (for OS reinstall, or password) there is no email sent to you to update the status (completed or anything)... You need to log in and check the ticket status manually... Support is quick, but just realized they had fulfilled my request hours ago!

    Not a big deal, but might save others time...
