The KS3C special sale was at 9 EUR+VAT on the European site. If you add a 20% VAT and convert to USD, the result is $11.88. But now they charge $13.81, so yes, the deal now is quite a bit worse.
Is this KS thing a Canada only sale? The ID the sale is referring to is 162cask32 vs the normal 162sk32

FYI Previous Kimsufi's flash sales keep the promo price upon renewal, so there is a high chance this one will work the same way.
I see; never took any kimsufi flash sales myself so I'm not exactly sure about it.
