    Well it works, better as Hubic yeah, they do send notices.

    But these Maintances seem to happend often.

    Maybe I missed one of these mails, no idea.

    However its free so eh.

    It seems WebDAV isn't working properly. When I try to upload even a 50mb file I'm getting 'method not allowed' error. Earlier this year I could upload even 5gb files. Weird

    Are you having the same problem?

  • I've tested with 6GB gpg backups yesterday.

    Try putting the -T argument first . That worked.

    It's not working for me. I tried to upload using both cURL and cadaver but getting same error.
    Here is how I do using cURL, you can try:

    VPS@server:~$ fallocate -l 50M foo.bar

    VPS@server:~$ curl -u username:password -T foo.bar https://username.stackstorage.com/remote.php/webdav

    Method Not Allowed

    VPS@server:~$

    I can see the file being uploaded but at the end of process I'm getting that error (and of course file isn't in account)

    Also, I noticed you haven't specified the filename at end of destination path. (required)

    I tried to specify filename it didn't help.
    Putting -T before -u shouldn't make any difference.

    Anyway all those commands worked before (I actually posted them in this thread a year ago) and even when I use Cadaver (a cli WebDAV client) I'm getting the same error, so there is definitely some issue.
    Trying to understanding if it's only me.. have you tried it?

    I uploaded 2GB and 6GB gpg backups 48hrs ago.

    Trying it again now... (with -T after -u just to check )

    Update: worked fine. 2gb file uploaded from a netherlands openvz.

    Thanks @vimalware, it's probably a bug that affects some accounts.
    When I upload small text files it works, but larger files (even 1mb) are giving me that error. Tested from 2 different VPSs.

  • For some reason I accepted the invitation but still didn't get the space. Is there any way we can change the language to English on this site? There was a post back in March on this thread but the link in the post is already pointing to Sedo...

    After your login -> change the url to be https://[your account username].stackstorage.com/settings -> click Taal wijzigen , select English -> click Opslaan.

    Not sure how you got multiple invites... just wonder if they already allow users to generate invites for their friends. Would be really cool if so.

    I can't read Dutch please update if such an option has already been introduced.

    I signed up to this in the beginning took months to get invite code, finally got it signed up then got email from them stating i wasn't eligible
