    each ticket should be response, not to be left. a target to be used must be notified to the customer, not to place a miss communication between the customer and the buyer. So what should I Think if I do not know and there is no news when the server can be completed. naturally as customers demand their rights.

  • It's unbelievable what kind of comments are some of them on this thread. Some people expect to get an i3-4150 with a /29 and 1TB HDD for 16 euros (normal price), and they want it to be in a top-notch datacenter, with very fast support during holiday season, delivered in some hours from the initial order and without even have to prove their ID.
    Some asked for a refund because a guy here posted a photo from Google Maps with the external side of a building he thinks (from the company's address) to be the datacenter and he didn't like it, without even knowing if for real this is the building and how they handle things inside it.
    Or, bashing them because they are not multi-homed with the best connectivity accross the internet.
    Or, bashing the support or delivery time that are not responding fast, when we all know that every time such a low priced offer is posted in LET, the orders are huge and this offer has been posted during Christmas holiday! Or bashing them because their site is not entirelly in english, even if they never posted themselvs an offer here or tried to gain customers from LET.
    An AMD 6core cpu with a /29 and 1TB disk for 16 euros, is a bargain even if the network is moderate, the support is slow and the datacenter is not the most reliable and modern as bigger companies have.
    You cannot have huge demands for 16€, when similar cpu dedis are on almost all providers over 50-60$. You save some money, you lose in some specs. That's the way the market works.

    They have an interface to reboot the server. But for reinstalling I guess you need to open a ticket.

    That would be scared, they didn't even respond to my ticket yet, 48 hours since submit.

    Probably because that's a small province datacenter and Online.net is huge ̶ ̶̶u̶̶ ̶*******̶ ̶*****.

    So? It's a small ISP and can't be compared to Online.net whose parent company is a very big player.

    So yesterday i was saying here that the server is actually good. I gotta retract that sentence, because it is the second time in 24 hours that my server is actually down, after i installed DirectAdmin, setup all that could be setup. I cannot access the server, even i cannot ping into it. I cannot reinstall OS, the only thing that they gave to me is ips, root password, directadmin license/client id, and.. some "panel" where i log into, and the only thing i can do is restart. Has only a RESTART button. Nothing als.

    PS: They have finally answered to my ticked saying that the network is down into my server, and they don't know why. And i have asked them to install a Virtualization software, so i could access my server remotely.

  • All international traffic is going via Retn.net. All local traffic is handled via epix.net.pl

    Obviously zlotowinfo don't understand differences between registered user and comment poster, BTW SLDC.EU aka SlaskDatacenter.pl support have similar issues , im still waiting answer from sldc.eu (ticket bla bla) about SlaskDatacenter business and offers details .

    Edit -SlaskDatacenter is worse then zlotowinfo , SlaskDatacenter will take your money if you don't ask anything , otherwise if you ask more then expected you will receive refund or not answer at all - and in meantime, later and always unexpected you get service downtime - no setup fee, no need to raise through ticket system
