Although this post was reported, I'm leaving it. I'd like everyone to remember that you said that.
Hey Nick, good job on the services you provide, but you need to work on those plan codes. They are too confusion for me. SKVM vs SKVMS dafaq
Thanks for the feedback @TheOnlyDK. Did you review the KVM tab on http://ramnode.com/vps.php ?
Oh those are fine, just the codes. I think donkey dolphins are easier to distinguish the difference XD
Especially when looking at plans directly in WHMCS.
so I guess we are done with deals for BF / CM from ramnode now.
Time to go pay my old vps invoice? :P @Nick_A
If we take monthly can we convert to a yearly plan later and keep the 30% discount? I'd like to test before I commit to an annual payment.
Woow 30% off $10 per GB... slow clap
hopefully a donkey dolphin comes with my vps
Fuck off it you don't like it. There is a cunt in every thread.
The new LET motto.
There are few as good as Ramnode, you get what you pay for and more and a 30% discount is a great deal.
U mad bro?
15 years in business, and they still use a pre-made template?... Haha
And I spotted it
is what victims of artificial discounts on inflated prices say.
Yeah, I can't believe the nerve of some people... expecting to make a living off of providing a quality service. Nick should slice his prices by 9/10 and get a real job at McDonalds.
I can only hope you're trolling.
It's exactly what I wanted
Thanks @Nick_A
Apparently if @4n0nx is deciding between a BMW and a Kia, he only looks at the price tag.
Lol, that comparison..
HEHEHEHEHEHE... THEY SUCH RICH TO GIVE MANY OFFER LIKE DIS... MUCH HAPPIE
Too many memes... they're all stuck in my head
"Your RamNode KVM VPS is now available."
To bad I'm at work any one know of any good VNC clients for iOS?
@Nick_A Do you think you can import cloudstack images?
VNC?
If you mean SSH there is an app called: Serverauditor.
Nah it's VNC, I do use Serverauditor though it's pretty nice. I need to run through the KVM install. And I'm pretty sure the web VNC client won't work on mobile. But the email says you can use an external VNC client haven't tried it though.
Ah! Then i can recommend RealVNC.
Goodluck on work btw!
Well I am not buying a Kia for the price of a BMW.
@Nekki is everywhere isn't he
Gotta love him though.
Coming from someone who works for a company that also sells VPS's for $10/GB..
It's fine if you find people willing to pay for your Lamborghini, in addition to their VPS resources. Most on LET likely won't. Have you forgotten where you are?
But Ramnode have had the same prices for over a year now.
In fact they used to be cheaper, and offer like 40% coupons, but then over a year ago they decided to lower all of their prices permanently rather than use coupons
So it's not like they increased the prices in the build up to black friday to trick people with a coupon. Plus the quality is still top notch.
More like a roof over head and food on the table. If you want to use hobbyist hosts go ahead, but if you want production and uptime you'll find it at RamNode and @Nick_A actually charges what he needs to make it by in this world, and it's still dirt cheap. He doesn't have the funding or debt that OVH has, but he has the support they don't.
Those hobbyist hosts will come and go, learn their lessons and move on, restructure, sell out, etc. Those of us that have been here a bit longer have watched it happen so many times. If you like hopping hosts, keep paying bottom dollar. If you want something to stay up, you can do no wrong by choosing RamNode.
Moral of the story, pay $5/year for a VPS for staging. Pay people like RamNode for production.
"Screens" by far. But also expensive. "Mocha VNC lite" would be a cost-free alternative.
