OK so HapHost (host1free) and vps.me is closing their free VPS service sooner or later in this year, which was probably the best known providers of free ones.
Then, are there any free VPS providers left?
I mean those without any recurring requirements (like posts every month) and qualified applicants get their very own one. Those for forex traders don't count here, but even very low end ones count. Better if a public IP address (no need to be ipv4) is available.
The vps.me offered one is good enough but they never send confirmation SMS to me...
Maybe someone will have suggestions to spend some bucks and grab one, Yes I already do.
But you know, as a testing environment free VPSes are always fancy and worth a try for me.
I know this seems unlikely though, but thanks for any clue!

How about just getting some job and paying for your VPS?
Considering you can get a VM for 1-1.50$ per month, I can't really justify why would anyone go with a free one. Most likely you spend more than that for coffee each day
Or 3 EUR per year, as the OP said IPv4 is not required.

You can't use tunnelbroker.net on a NAT IPv4 VPS, it requires a dedicated IPv4.

And also illegal under google's adsense terms of service. You cannot give away services in exchange for people to post on a forum solely to increase ad impressions. That's not fair to the advertisers either.
