The Server Information e-mail was sent but possibly caught in your spam filter, if you would like I can resend the e-mail for your own records.
That would be great - thanks. Oddly I don't see it caught in the Junk filter either.
What is the title?
I have "Welcome" then "Customer Invoice" then "Order Confirmation"

Resent. The subject is "New Server Information".
Also, if you login to the Client Area you'll see a tab for "My Emails", this will list all of your e-mails that the system has sent to you.
