    Just received mine today.

    For some reason they sent it to my in CAD, rather than USD. (Maybe it's because I'm in Canada & PayPal changed the default currency for them to send in?)

    I did lose part of the refund in the PayPal CC fees, and I can't figure out how they did the actual calculations. Oh well. Basically got back some coffee money.

    Received in USD to my PayPal account.

    Edit: Also got remaining credit balance in less than 48 hours after posting a ticket
