    Support is great, if you pay for it :) You're already getting cheap enterprise grade hardware, on a network that actually is rather fast to the price.. globally - if you want better support, then they have a business support plan, for people who need guaranteed response times, with the addition of priority on orders, choice of specific datacenters (as in, if you wanna be located in RBX6, you can ask that) and even racks if there's space.

    We have 5 OVH dedi servers for over 5 years. Never had a problem with any of them.
