I spent a good few hours working with @Jonchun yesterday. His English is perfect. @HostBD24 Would this be suitable for an IT student to make some more money while studying?
It was a joke.
You might want to clarify what you need people to do, clicking a few buttons in solusvm is different from migrating and cleaning up 20 nodes.

So, how much are you all expecting Monthly as L2 Tech ?? If it's 8 Hours a Day !
L2? American tech, even if remote? 8 hours a day is full time. I'd expect to pay at least 30k for L2. However from what I gather he's not looking for someone to do technical support tickets. He needs a sysadmin to hell him configure and secure his stuff. 8 hours a day full sysadmin.. At least 40-50k.
Now from other conversations, he seems to be looking for someone to be on standby for 6-8 hours a day, and he only pays for about 30min work daily.
Per month? If that's per year you need to be writing larger numbers on things
I was giving lowball estimates on annual remote salaries. I realize that the numbers are low, but I mean I feel they're high enough so you (might) find somebody even if they're not the most qualified.
Who would pay 30k/month for L2?
He means per year, salary can't be per L1/L2/L3 there is so many factors a L2 Windows admin will get paid different from lsomething that does Linux and then someone doing NetApp might get paid more as its more specialist etc so many factors
Hopefully a lot more than would pay 30k/year for it
Hopefully none of those factors equal anything nearing as low as 30k though, or I feel really bad for those admins
I like seeing people compensated well for the work they do.
Anyone here to work 8 Hours a Day as a L2 Tech for $62.5 USD a Month ??
Anyone here to work 3 Hours one Day as a L2 Tech for $62.5 USD ??
That's much prestigious :v Actually, somebody claimed that he has staffs what I've commented here (8 Hours x 30 Days = $62.5 USD) ! So, I doubt if there is anyone !
Exactly. I have no idea where you find an L2 for $15/hr.
That's minimum wage in some US cities.
Off shore, sure...
Yea, but there are the rare finds from L2's living in low-cost places and would prefer to work fully remotely. I don't think it's COMMON by any means, but I could plausibly imagine a scenario where a fully remote admin would be working for that much (especially if it's "full time", but more of an "on-call" kind of job.
