  • AshleyUk said: What exactly would you like?

    @bersy

    Any interest in 1GB/60GB/1Shared Core/Dedicated IPv4 $24/Year ??

Take it as an "upgraded" LES box, so VPN, small storage, jump box e.t.c but no NAT worry.

    Openvz?

Wouldn't call it an "upgraded" LES deal. Your offer has nothing to do with LES.

    KVM

And I put it in " " meaning in a way of the target market for the VM, not for someone to run a full blown CPanel setup from, I did not mean it having anything to do with LES.

Edit: Sorry if that caused confusion with what I meant.

Same specs/price that Crissic (2cpu, at least 256Ram, at least 12Gb HDD/SDD, <$15 yearly, Miami location), but with a very good provider who does not plan to sell his company in 2016.

Kvm sounds like a good deal, location?

I'm just tired of people "riding on the wave" of LES. Nothing personal, it just happened to be you this time. ;)

No problem, just wanted to make sure was just using as a comparison and not trying to make something sound like it was't.

Would be Germany(Telehouse) , France (OVH), CA (OVH).

Might pick one up in Germany. Never was very fond of OVH locations

Sure, gives people choice, some may have use for a VPN or box on OVH network, keep a look out in next 12 hours or so. (Monday UK time) :)

    Delimiter KVM Resource pool?

    Delimiter KVM Resource pool?

Talking of the pool, what minimal amount of RAM may I assign per VM?

Also, is it possible to NOT using public IPs for some of the VMs? That would be extremely useful to set up private networks. In most cases, I do not need VM available from extranet directly.

  • Where is Cyber Monday deals, I still have extra money.

My dad gave me a small loan of a million dollars.

Lets find out, I haven't tried less than 1GB. Will tell you in a moment.

The whole point of the resource pool is that you use internal networking for everything and then on the provided firewall/router you just port forward what you need from your public IP(s).

It will run up until the 2nd, if it goes well then it or something similar will be back for Christmas.

  • Master_Bo said: Talking of the pool, what minimal amount of RAM may I assign per VM?

Centos 6 seems to run ok in 512MB, you can probably optimise it downwards if needed. I know that some people run CoreOS (available) with some crazy low amount of RAM
