can add more in panel after ordering for 1.99€ (+VAT probably) each

Sure, the price is great but what will you use those two powerful servers for?

I have a 1215 from the first promo. It's currently serving my hosts, mail server, media server etc. Now that I got a 1115, I can setup redundancy, backup and distribute jobs.

Now I can cancel my cheaper servers.

Plus the setup fee for each IP. Keep in mind the number of additional IPs is limited.

    No, it is not.
    I already have one set.

    SATA

@nfn: IP failover works perfectly fine on these without any other upgrades.

Blocks can only be applied with Business.

You can have 5 additional on the personal level, business level allows upto 20 and you can also add /27 blocks with business level.

    DOWN to 5!

  • @wych so these are 1,99 per ip with a 2,99 setup per ip?

  • In case anyone wants the exact IP address message: for the dedibox limited 1115

You can order 8 IP failovers, partial months are payable as full months.

The price for an IP failover is 1.99 € pre-tax per month, with a one-time setup fee of 2.99 € pre-tax.

Correct. For more you need to upgrade support level.

That's quite expensive IMO - but well the server is so cheap and quite powerful so at the end I guess it's OK:

30 eur + VAT per month with 5+1 IPs
and 15 eur + VAT setup fee

  • SATA sold out :)

  • Damn the 2 TB are gone... I've been waiting months for it

    Oh, I knew the feeling.
I got one because of that. Hehe.

Though my ip is blacklisted on "SpamRats Dyna" ??

Hope it won't be a problem.

    Hello,

It isn't possible to change the IP of the server.

Admins are working to unlist the subnet.

    Regards,

They can't change the main IP of the server.

I cant justify these purchase :( already got tons of dedis and i would prefer US :(

  • Forgive me for asking a dumb question, but why did everyone take SATA instead of SAS? I grabbed one with SAS and all of the sudden all SATA were gone. I thought SAS would perform better than SATA, am I wrong?

They don't need their seedbox to perform better, they need it to be able to hold more porn :)
