  • @wahyan said: Is it possible to have swap?

    Yup, sure is.

    @Maounique said: IPv6 ?

Not yet, but will have it in the future.

    Sorry, that's not a possibility.

I already did. Support tech (Dennis) informed me the CPU will remain as is (which I'm not too happy about) but didn't say anything about the I/O.

I just tested the I/O again and its still 40s

I am aware that US has no problems with IPv4, however, for eu and asia ipv6 is a must today.

  • Is their LA node down?

Which LA node are you on? As far as I am aware, none are down that I know of.

@MannDude I want to find out which node, but solus is so slow that I just gave up.
Zulu works fine, but the other one is giving me timeout.
    Savory works now.

  • just ordered one... waiting my vps created :)

We're still provisioning a lot of orders right now, but if it becomes a problem or doesn't self-correct then by all means open up a ticket and we'll get someone to look into it. Obviously don't want things to be slow.

If you've paid for it already, it should setup automatically unless the order was marked fraud. If that's the case, open up a ticket and I will look into it.

  • @MannDude It's much better now.

Don't know how it's possible to offer such a great deal, but nice :)

  • I might use just next week, after people finish benching

  • same here, pretty slow

  • @FTNChris said: additional plan to your current vps

what means of "additional plan to your current vps"?

combined the $12 with $21 vps?
    or something else?

I'm positive he meant to say you can order this as an additional plan, but you can't upgrade/downgrade an existing service to have this one. If you already have a service, you can order this one (additionally).

  • Agree, it's slow here. :)
The new plan is located on the same node as $12/year plan.

We're currently out of Buffalo stock, awaiting for more hardware to come online soon. I'm just posting this here as I am explaining this in just about every other ticket.

If you ordered the Buffalo, NY location, have paid, and your still 'Pending', this is why. The options include being setup elsewhere (submit ticket) or waiting a little while longer...

The Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals resulted in a flood of orders so we apologize for the delay in getting some of you setup. We're aware of it, we're taking care of it. But just wanted you guys to know what was up. =]

  • My VPS at LA have good performance. Installed ehcp and snappy!

You have good luck, and mine is gone. xD The network of the node seems to have some problems, I got >30ms to www.quadranet.com. Anyways I'll wait a few days and see.

  • Gonna have to wait a bit to use it, seems everybody and their dog is benchmarking, can't even do anything :(

    waits til everyone quits benchmarking
