Young Jonny is facing 15 years in jail.
If that's accurate (which I doubt somewhat), it could set dangerous precedent.
Something is seriously wrong with society where murderers walk and pranksters with no physical harm done to anyone get 15yrs.
In my opinion $10k fine would have gone the long way and kid would have continued paying his tax returns. Now he will be receiving portion of yours while getting top-notch education on how not to get caught.
