    Is the observium back for anyone? Its been down now for 4 days or so. Also, my tickets (not related to downtime) are pending replies for more than 2 weeks.

  • To be honest, there hasn't been any communication that @MSPNick has taken over - no emails that I have seen at all. Really poor customer communication there.

    I want my quote taken down off the site - I don't care who has access to do so. Happy to get my lawyer to send a letter of demand if required.

    Once I log in, I will be removing my account. Piss-poor effort @0xDragon and I won't be using any of you services again.

    I don't have any access to any of the systems. He took everything and is in charge of everything, sorry about that. He promised to send an email out to all customers from his system as I don't have access to any client emails etc. I also don't have access to the website. Go play lawyers with him. He hasn't been in contact with me for more than a week, so I'm about to do that myself.

    Don't really understand how any of this is my responsibility, it's not my business and not my rules anymore. To be honest I would just leave if I were you, cancel your services and account. I've had as much communication as you have.

    This no-communication has been going on since the day he promised to move clients (27/July/2015). He did cite some medical issues but I doubt that is the reason for ignoring me completely for days, even weeks on end. It's now the 27th of August and he hasn't replied to me for another week.
