In my own opinion, those step should be done, until they decide what will happen with this domain/company:
For the rest, it's his company. He can do what he want. He act correctly by refunding users. Maybe he wait that all packages expire to close the site.

Correct. That was part of the deal by Bharat. He wanted to keep the site up for existing clients. As per Bharat, the accounts will be terminated on the 30th which is only 8 days away. If anyone purchases between now and then, well, they can give me an order number and I'll work something out for them.
How will they know to do that -- if they do not read this thread?
Ok. I'll handle it all on my end. No need for everyone to get all worried and stuff. Whoever is a client after the 30th will be taken care of, period. What more is there to say?

Didn't know about any of this, since I never got any E-Mail. I just randomly found this thread after seeing both my VPS with VPSRaid being offline. Contacted @BharatB and he refunded me partially.
He never did really go out of business though, he still kept offering people stuff on his "private" nodes.
Almost after a month you contacted lol.
Definitely worth a lol that a customer had to contact you to get a refund.

I missed his invoice as I said I shifted from whmcs to blesta. But I refunded him 20$ / 24$ What matters is he got his money back even after a month !
